I'm relieved to meet American conscience (and of many other countries, too). Let me admire your spirit! This is my first time to chant a poem in English.

Mine

My eyes, my ears
My palms, my fingers
I touch, I feel
In the darkness

Your sweat, slimy skin
Your warmth, breathing  
I touch, I feel certainly

I kept my eyes opened
I heard silence, heartbeating
with my ears
In the darkness

My peace, my awakening
My freedom, my future
